I thought only informal list had people using inappropriate language . I think it is better to take care of the language that one uses for describing people.

While few thieves are roaming around with fake identities to commit theft in the House of RTI, barking dogs faithful to RTI are necessity.  Please ensure that these dogs do not sleep otherwise thieves will have their way.  These dogs have no axe to grind.
