Re: [HumJanenge] Re: COMMENTS / OBJECTIONS / SUGGESTIONS : ref:PN/DoPT/OM/2010/RTI/AAA-0000-013

Major Ravi has a deep knowledge of RTI Act and implications of its different provisions.  In the past, he has suggested some good amendments to the Act favouring the public.

Use of ugly words like prostitutes etc. does not behove for this esteemed group and I appeal Mr Roy to exercise some restraint while writing any thing about other members. If v want that v should get respect from others, v should first learn to give respect to them.

Without calling names, v shld constraint on the main issue without any deviation.

Dear Major Ravi

1) Giving loaded revolvers to children is the height of
irresponsibility. Similarly telling you where the RTI Act mandates
presence of appellant in every appeal proceeding would be equally
irresponsible on my part.

2) Just for this record, the declared purpose of this group (ie.
Humjanege @ google). is "To expose and remove all obstacles to the RTI
movement such as corrupt Information Commissioners and fake RTI NGOs
like the NCPRI."

3) We shall leave it to history to decide who are the devils and who
are the prostitutes. You have already declared which camp you are in.
