Thank you
Ram for your opinion.
In india if people start talking about what is happening that is a new change.
I wel come this.
But this new change should bring some difference unless its of no use.
U know there are lakhs of contractors in the state whose job is to pay kick backs every day and execute substandard work and cheat the citizens of india who are so innoscent that even if they see such substandard work they dont raise the voice.
Ram can you get me at least a contractor who can tell openly how much kick backs he pay.
its not possible, even if you get he should be ready to close down his work.
But i am not bothered because i execute my civil work with the standards given
the reason for this is that for the last 7 years i have not paid a single paise to any body to get my bill in CMC/BBMP.
I am 32 year old from my Driving license at the age 18 to a class II contractor at 32 age i have not paid single paise bribe to any body.
I am proud to say this.
are you surprised /
You know i was not a contractor 7 years before but every time i used to question the local muncipalty about the sub standard work and trouble them
at last the CMC commissioner mr.M.M.Baig challenged me to take a five lakh civil work and execute to the standards. i took the challenge and exeute the work. they paid my bill five lakh bill with out taking any bribe for the good work.
from then i became a contractor .
so if we want a change its not only to question but to be a part of that upcoming change u want.
The younger generation who goes to IT companies for rupees 5Lakh to 10 lakh annually to whom 12 hours job in which stress and tension is free of cost from the IT company.
Why cant this young engineers who go to IT make one contarct license in there respected fields starting from civil, electrical, mainteneceand many more and take contract work from government and can they can  be independent.

if an engineer becomes an Contractor, the following are the benefit to him/her and to the nation, its innocent citizens:

Here you are independent.
you are giving standard works to the nation and innocent citizen.
You earn better and best than IT comany salaries.
The IT companies allows you to holder of credit holder and for the future you remain credit but in contractor field every thing is cah and you will remain asset for ever for the nation and also for yourself.
You dont have tensions and stress which is given by IT companies purposefully to the employees, here you can give tensions who ask for bribe through RTI act 2005.
ultimiatly u are the part of change today the nation  wants.
You can be a millionaire if you want.
You know most of the contractors even today come from illetrate back ground. they become millionaires but the real engineers goes to comapnies to work has employees

similarly a wise People & MBA' s should becoame politicians , If they become we can change the face of the nation.
will this happen
yes it will
We have to be optimist
