Re: [HumJanenge] Re: RTI challenges

Dear Sir

1. Kindly specify exactly where Sarabjit Roy (or are you referring
instead to Rajeshwar Rao ?) has spread hatred, animosity and created
rifts between communities living in harmony. As assured we shall take
the necessary action if google's terms of service or this group's
additional regulations are contravened.

2. As the bare reading of this thread titled "RTI Challenge" shows,
Sarabjit Roy had cited a recent judgment of Punjab & Haryana High
Court directly concerning a substantial question of law on RTI upon a
petition by an IG of Police decided against him concerning a request
for records of Sonia Gandhi's religion.

3) Evidently this is information a great many other citizens (such as
Mr Roy) are interested in securing lawfully under the RTI after
discussion on this group. Mr Roy has formally complained that certain
disruptive members are attempting to derail the discussion by
agitating communal and other non-issues. We are inclined to agree with
him.
