Annapurna Dixit why passed over ?
This lady has done 3 things which caused severe embarassment to Government of India and damage her chances
1) She ordered that AIIMS inform RTI aplicant why PM Dr. Manmohan Singh was operated on by private surgeon from Mumbai. Congress party lost many votes in Bihar election because BJP made big joke that Dr Manmohan wants to avoid operation by schedule caste surgeons at AIIMS.
2) She ordered disclosure of information in Sharm-el-Sheik case. This caused grave damage to M.E.A who got stay order from High Court
3) She ordered CIC enquiry into forging of affidavit by magistrates in Chandigarh. The magistrate complained to Punjab anti-corruption bureau and and trap was laid for her.
