[rti4empowerment] SBI worst than Swiss Bank

After the KYC has been made mandatory, the Bank must reply to the RTI application but it has thousand of branches and will take long time to complile the list.  I suggest you to ask same thing confined to the branches located in one city at a time.  If no reply or unsatisfactory reply, proceed further.  KYC is an important tool to stop fraud.  --- On Fri, 21/1/11, M.K.
