Re: [HumJanenge] Fw: file rti applications to know it returns of our netas

I shall be thankful if any member can inform the case number staying the judgement in question or can inform case number so that it can be down-loaded from the High Court's website.

This is an important case for all the RTI stakeholders and public.

Dear Mr Gopal Krishna

The  so-called "judgment"  of Mr Shailesh Gandhi you are relying on has been stayed by the Delhi High Court. I was present in court that day (for some other matter), the court wasted no time in staying it and passed some sarcastic remarks on the quality of persons appointed to the CIC.BTW Mr Rakesh Gupta is also a member here and can surely guide us further.
