Dear Shailesh,

Please refer Mr. Kamal's reply. Same like yours, my society office bearers did not cooperated, to get copies of certain documents, numbers of times, I approached the  Deputy registrar of Co.Op.Hsg.'s office at Bandra East, Mumbai. With thanks to the authority, I place on records that less than a week, the concern office provided copies of  my demanded documents!  Thus, the office to whom you applied is ought to provide you documents ( subject to the society have submitted the same to the Dept. Regi.'s office ). You need to follow up. If need more information, call me on 093225 05010 / 022 6671 3838 or send mail.

All the best.

Sir,

Being a MHADA land, our co operative housing society based at Pune comes under RTI Act.  For society registers/documents, I applied to Registrar Office at Pune (Bibwewadi area) with Rs.10/- court fee stamp as the committee members avoiding for the same.

The Registrar inform me that I have to approach to Society.  The original RTI application is retain with him (Registrar) .

I expect the action from Registrar office that he will forward my application to the society and intimate me for the same.  However, he simply inform me to approach to the society.

Does any one have any decision of SIC/CIC in this regard?

Please inform
