[HumJanenge] Re: Corrupt Rich India versus Poor Real India

It is a prime responsibility of an advocate not to ditch his client
halfway through the case. Even if he has to drop the case due to any
(non-monetary) reason he should make alternative arrangements.

Sarbajit does not file RTIs on behalf of anyone. I am not a taxi. In
my (bachelor) days as Secy of an informal public interest litigating
group I have drafted and assisted over 300 PILs in SC in my spare time
- I did not lose even a single one.

What Sarbajit does do, is try and assist members of this group 100%
FREE OF COST within his time constraints. I don't have the luxury of a
father who was a politician and Minister like Mr Bhushan. Neither do I
pretend to be a Robin Hood.

Very occasionally now, I assist a few 100% genuine people during RTI
appeals where there is some public question which can facilitated by
an interpretation of RTI law by CIC.
