[HumJanenge] Some suggestions RE Lokpal Bill logjam

1.  Perhaps 2 Co-Chairman, one each from government and civil society .... both to agree on everything;

2.  Not only to introduce Bill in monsoon session but to PASS & GAZATTEE THE BILL IN MONSOON session.  Even better, an ordinance in May, followed by adoptation by parliments & gazate same.
