RE: [HumJanenge] Incorrect records = lame-duck Army Chief

Dear Friends,
A politicians Penchant for sticking to the chair is enomous and disgusting to say the least. Can you imagine one CM refusing to resign in spite of clear verdict of LOKAYUKTHA. It takes years to prove the charges and in the meanwhile every thing will be diluted and forgotten. We have a lot of cases of this nature. Congress is bad BJP worse. What do we do?
Do we need a parliament or an assembly? Do we need politicians? Yes we do but we also need regulations. We can get rid of all this mass scale corruption by having a few simple rules.
1.Any one who is indicted by any authorised agency appointed by the governament should be made to resign or dismissed as the report is made after due deligence. Subsequently the courts can go thro their case to provide justice to all. The agencies appointed by the government should have the same powers of a court and should be honoured by every one.
2. All properties and assets mrntioned in the report as illegal should be confiscated by the government and returned if proved otherwise. All ill gotten money should belong to the government.

We will need thousands of JUstice Hegde to bring out all the truths on ill gotten money and scams but even then we may be able to unearth only about 10 % and 90 % will go unscathed. Suppose we have the finace minister, one man, declare demonetisation and restrict holding of cash at home or in person to say Rs.20,000/- at any time we will prevent 90% of corruption and subsequent scams. At present we are closing the gate after the horse has run away. It would take a loit of time and effort to harness the horse and even then we are not sure of catching the horse.
We need good people to govern us. Where can we find them, not in congress not in BJP not in BSP not in CPM but where? Only in discipline, we may not need draculian laws what we need is strict implementation of existiing laws and avoidance of delays.
Which government will bell the cat? Till then all INDIANS are cursed to live in a corrupt world. What is the solution? A revolution a second struggle for a clean India but then who cares who will take the mantle for a revolution. Not this genertation, we are too timid, not the next generation, they are not bothered as long as they get their meals, beer and chicken. Am I wrong? I will be too happy to be wrong. Let some one take the mantle I am sure it is a struggle but will get a lot of support.
Wish you all luck.
Col.Nanda Gopal.

If the COAS goes to Court, he will have it. One can't be selective in
this case. He can't claim to reckon his DoB as 1950 when 1950 suited
him and  1951  when 1951 suited him. If someone dig into the case he
has to answer for the benefits he availed by counting his DoB as 1950
and 1951.If he is wise, I think he is will not press the case as he
hardly get any gain other than one more year's service. He should
honourably vacate the post in 2012 to enable his junior to become
CoAS. in 2012
