Re: [HumJanenge] RTI Apllication?

Dear Freinds ,
If you use a word as "Detail or Detailed" and if Info is Not provided and matter goes to the KIC , you will asked to explain what is that detail ? Work Order is an work order and there is no Details about it . I always assume that we on internet are Enlightened citizens and should not allow any scope or place for the PIOs to use filibustering tactics to shun our RTI Requests.
Why only the Work order , why not the MOU or Agreement ( in terms of PWD it is known as PWD65) . Even then "the Contract" may be only for "work" and not for "the Diversion", it may have been awarded to another contractor or carried out departmentally ? therfore the best option is to see or inspect the file , you will also know what was the original proposal or get the DPR . There you may know that a Diversion is Required as there is a huge quantum of PCU's travelling per hour and therefore a Fully asphalted Diversion is required and before undetaking the Said Major work  the diversion is to be in place etc etc.,
Please do not assume anything .
That is the reason that we request every person who requires such information to please get to know of the Suo moto declarations before goping ahead. We are also not experts in Traffic engineering but we can deduce certain things . Our Experinece  shows that they may not have conducted required pre survey for present Traffic values and it may be an example like the National College fly over where the contention was it is the only approach road to various new layouts in south bangalore

Asking for all fly-overs at one go may not yield any results - I would recomend that you select one major fly-over and ask for copy of detailed work order given to contractor - I think you can direct your quiry to Engineer in Chief BBMP.

Sir,

I want help.
I want to find out what are the terms and conditions of the contract given to the Company who has been tasked for making the flyovers or underpasses on the Ring road in Bangalore?

How do I proceed for the RTI information please?

The idea is to figure out if the contract includes the process and standard of roads made on diversions by the contractor?
It is pathetic and no one bothers about it till the work is completed.
Isn't it the responsibility of the contractor who has this work allocated to him to ensure that the diverted road is as smooth as the normal one?
