Re: [HumJanenge] Blast at Delhi High Court

Dear  friend Mr S. Roy $  comrades/colleagues!

I pay homage those who lost their lives in the blast and pray for injured people to get the recovery of their health as soon as possible. So for safety, security and justice is concern, it is the absolutely subject matter of the govt and govt machinery. The unfortunate blast took place in Delhi before High Court is not an ordinary or routine blast. It seems to be sponsored by the demons' government of the centre to deviate the mind of the people from the main national burning issues corruption, corrupt systems and black money. This has been in the practice of this " PAPI SARKAR" from begging of the so called independance (Azadi) time to time when people/public in mass goes on agitations on any one or more important and genuine socio-economic , educational or cultural issues. If it is wrong,  then so called govt and pro govt intellectual must reply when another terrorist attack couldn't take place in USA after 9/11's instance on WTC? This black character of the our so called government  has been proven and exposed  in 4th June's Satyagrah at Ram Leila Maidan , Delhi. Where fed, pet and hired terrorists/gunde in several thousand s (either in police unifrom or without uniform) of Congress Party and his government attack ed in midnight over to kill  Baba Ram Dev ji Maharaj and create fear and terror among patri ot (deshbhakt) nationalist countryment (Satyagrahis) who were on fast and sleeping  with Baba. It was historical and shameful event for nation and worldwide. Baba is going to start 2nd phase of Bharat Swabhiman Yatra of 2 lacs kms from Jhansi(U.P.) w.e.f. 20th Sept. this month. A appeal all the nationalist forces, individuals, groups and organisations to join the movement of Baba. " Abhi nahi to kabhi nahi". If you ignore , you can never challenge to be the nationalist.  I would like to make an humble appeal to Hon'ble High Court Delhi as well Hon'ble Supreme Court of Bharat to take it seriously as a challenge and sumotto and einqure into the matter by an independant , fair, free and non govt agency and to penalize  / punish he guilty/responsible and accountable people without any pressure.... Why the blas took place before the higher temple of justice? it is because of that the hopeless public who is real owner of the country has been approaching to the court only to get the relief. The demons' government wanted to give this message that public and judges may get terrorise and not to try for justice.

Vande Matram, Bharat Mata ki Jai.

My great sympathy with all of victims of this tragedy.

Blaming does not solve the problem but we have to act upon.
We all ( Lawyer, Judge, Public & Administration ) should come
together and decide their own security and implement & adhere
also on daily basis.

Regards,
Subrato Paul

Dear Friends I was within the Delhi High Court at 10:14 AM when  powerful blast shook the building, resulting in hundreds of people being affected. In fact I was standing at the very spot where the blast took place at about 9:45 AM. The blame for this incident lies squarely at the door of the Chief Justice of Delhi High Court. I had filed RTIs recently to the Court highlighting the problems litigants like me faced to enter the court and make passes strongly emphasising the "threat to life and limb" of litigants by the encroachment on the pavements by the advocates and court . Recent security measures introduced by the Registrar/DHC like insisting on photo-ID and making applicants for gate passes sign in their presence have increased the queques. Only 3 functioning counters to issue passes, senior advocates parking their BMWs on the footpath where the passes are issued. In the SC the pass section is inside the controlled area and they have about 15 functioning counters. And so on. Sarbajit
