Re: [rti4empowerment] Proposed Private RTI Amendment Bill 2011

Mr. Simha,
Whether we like it or not, all of us have been. This lethargy & indecision to ensure disclosure under section 4 of RTI Act 2005 by every public authority, failure to chastise CIC & SIC commissioners, demuring to stand by solidarity with those who were corageous to  attempt to expose corruption but laid down their life & all of us after they were dead paid lip-sympathy shedding crocodile tears.

Penny wise & pound foolish.

Is it that Mr. Bhausaheb Wackchaure proposes to  present this bill with the "blessings" of Mr. Balasaheb  thakeray, Chief of SS.

It appears Mr Wackchaure must have mooted projects with possiblity  for massive scams and sustenance of RTI any further could be a spoke in the wheel for those concerned!!
The proposal should be opposed tooth and nail, if not  nipped in the bud, by veterans in the
party all of us!!

Let the Govt know that nobody wants an amendment to the RTI Act 2005 as well as any other Act per say.

The RTI Act 2005 supersedes all other Act in place for the time being, may plz be noted.
