Re: [HumJanenge] URGENT LETTER

If u have made an allegation of swinding money on the Jamaia concerning Balta House shoot-out on a TV channel in a live show, the onus is on you prove it or ask for an apology and withdraw the charges unconditionally.

however, if you are sure that your charges are right, this is a golden opportunity for you to prove them in the Court in the case of defamation filed against you.

Please JMI has filed civil defamation as it has compensation in monetory terms.

Dear Mr Afroz Alam Sahil

It is indeed  matter of concern if genuine RTI activists are being
victimised in the manner you describe.

You have stated that you are a student of JMI, specifically an M.Phil
student. You are also described elsewhere as being a "journalist by
profession" all this at the ripe old age of 22 years.

A press report (TCN News - ie. Two Circles News which also awarded you
some prize and for whom you report) states that you are NOT an JMI
student, and your petition in the High Court was dismissed for this
reason (perhaps because you are a "professional" student who takes
advantage of state benefits / subsidies meant for poor students but
you misuse it for your RTI "activism" and have turned your hostel room
into an RTI "factory" for various Islamic causes)

I would like to hear from you on these points.
