Re: [rti4empowerment] Re: Paying the price for seeking info?

Dear Freinds,

I know the person, and is not JP. Nagar bur from Rajajinagar. The News
reflected is only half not full.

I have met this person first in BBMP along with Amaresh and second
time BDA. I will narrate this.

In BBMP main office the Ambaresh introduced this person stated the PIO
has filed complaint against hin molestation etc. Immediately I became
very serious because same thing can happen to any body by Lady PIOs to
any RTI activist who seek inspection of files.

I started equiring about how this happened. He showed me the KIC order
in which Information Commission has order for the Inspection of files
on 21-08-2011. I also enquired about when was complaint is filed and
when did you visited the office for Inspection. He said the complant
was filed on 28-10-2011 and he visited the PIO office on 28-08-2011.
Then I inquired why you have not gone to the office on 21-8-2011 as
per the KIC orders. He said the office was under shift. I enquired how
you came to know this. He told me that by Phone.

Then I enquired have received any intimation by the PIO to appear for
the inspection on 28-10-2011. He said no. Then I asked him, then how
you went. He said mutal understanding.

This is the real story.
