Sir,

Please refer to your email dated 4th April addressed to me and e mail
dated 11th April addressed to Secretary (Personnel) regarding wrong
email ids of Secretary, Additional Secretary and Joint Secretary level
officers of Government of India given on the web-site of DoPT.

I have checked up on this issue from the concerned officials. You are
right that the e mails ids provided are outdated. We are taking action
to upload the latest email addresses of these officers on the web
site.

Thank you for pointing out these flaws in our system. I hope you keep
informing us of similar defects in our system to enable us to improve
the same.
