This RTI is very important as to many unfulfilled assurance on the floor of the House, Rajya Sabha Sectt. has replied that the replies do not form any assurance.  Wrote to Hon. Chairman, Shri Hamid Ansari but no reply till date after over one month.

Please try the CAPIO mode , India Post, who will carry your application free of cost and give you a proof of receipt.

Why dont you file your RTI Application through Money Order. Both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha accept Money Orders. This is a tried and tested methods by old hands of RTI Act 2005.

I want to know the name and address of the PIO, Rajya Sabha for mailing an RTI. tried to find out from the RS website but was unable, found information there in unsystematic manner.
