Re: [HumJanenge] CPIO of Rajya Sabha

CAPIO of India Post is only for conveying applications and appeals to
concerned CPIO of "Central Government".

Parliament is not included in definition of Central Government.

That they may accept the RTI request and deliver it anyway is an
entirely different issue.
