Writing in the Capital words means "Shouting", This has to be done sparingly.

Like for example "Mr. Roy is useless DICTATOR" it would emphasis word "dictator" as it is the nature that we must state not the other part... Making Capital letter bold alway provide more weightage to the word like "Mr. Roy is useless DICTATOR" And Cap+Bold+Italics makes a reference to that word only not the entire sentence ""Mr. Roy is useless DICTATOR".

Please do not use different colors and prefer black and never use red as it has different denominations.

I hope Mr. Roy will except the statement above without any problems.
