Actually the hemantji brought an interest in just,as one was going thru this thread.

Now, the issue is abt anomalies in an state udyog and its management policies.Am sure one has to go thru the intricacies of the particular matter, but by and large the MAIN issue here is the PSUs run under the aegis of the govt, and funded by tax moneys.
This provides the powers to manipulate the running of same but at someone else cost.
We can see rti can reveal the problems but not the solutions.
Where can the answer lie.. issues, fdi..
