RE: [HumJanenge] PL. ADVICE - ADDITION OF GROUND IN THE PETITION AT CONSUMER FORUM

Dear Gupta,

1.     Please be clear that Consumer Protection Act, 1986 amended up to 2011 under which you filed your application
is different from Right to Information Act, 2005.

2.  I do hope you would have sent a copy of the Order of the District Consumer Redressal Forum, Gurgaon yourself under
speed-post to the Respondent. If not done, get a copy of the order by applying with a postal order of Rs. 5/- (Five Only)
for a certified copy of the Order.

3.  On receipt of the reply of the respondent, you may add more information with you with proof in the Rejoinder to be
     submitted to the Hon'ble Forum.

4.   Generally in such cases, the Respondent Builder tries to drag the case. For this, sending copy of the Order by
yourself would reduce one possibility. Secondly, builder may file an application u/s 26 of the CPA, 1986. If it happens,
don't give the reply the name of Rejoinder.

Wish you all the best,

Dr. Hari Dev Goyal

To: humjanenge@googlegroups.com

I filed a case against a builder (Vatika Land Base, Gurgaon) in the Consumer Forum, Gurgaon and which has been admitted. After this, another consumer told me about some other instances of misrepresentation of facts and cheating which came to his knowledge from the reply of Jaipur Development Board on an RTI filed by him.

Now, what is the procedure to add these such facts in the petition?  Please enlighten me.
