Dear Mr Bhargava,

I am given to understand from the website of the CSDS that your organisation is "largely financed by t
he Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) or suchlike (a body under the Union of India). Therefore, CSDS is a public authority under Right to Information Act 2005.

CSDS has however, not complied with mandatory provisions of RTI Act including appointing a Central Public Information Officer. Kindly do so immediately and inform me his/her details.

I am interested in applying to know and inspect certain details of your institute's computer resources which were used to hack into a mailing list of the "India Against Corruption" collective. Kindly see https://lists.riseup.net/www/info/indiaagainstcorruption.

Please do so immediately otherwise this matter will be referred to the police. Also do not destroy or tamper with any of the information I am applying for.

yours faithfully

Ajay Dixit
IAC HQ. National Cyber Media Coordinator.
