India is, thankfully, a secular nation. This means we have a
secular law, the Hindu Code of 1956, which defines who Indians

A) India as their FATHER-land (ie. pitrubhu).. land of their FATHERs.
(Sonia Gandhi has no FATHERs here). Indians must regard the
entire territory of India as their country and take an ownership pride in
it. Indians must ASSERT and DEFEND their rights and not let
foreigners take their RASHTRA away. India is the FATHER-land and
NOT the land of some mythical "Bharat Mata". Indians derive their
Indian-ness from the Father and not from the Mother.

B) All Indians as their "BIRTH CLAN". this is summarised in the much
misunderstood word "JAATI" which BTW is not a synonym for "caste".

C) a Common CULTURE - Samskaram. Italians may use toilet paper,
but we Indians (Hindus, Muslims, Parsis) etc were "green" before
the term was "discovered" in the West and "gifted" back to us.

So, today we have a situation whereby Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law
is under fire because of documents obtained in RTI. Her solution
is twin pronged - a) get her 'hijda/napunsak' PM to talk about
invasion of privacy / frivolous / vexatious applicants and get the
RTI Act amended b) to keep the citizens "under control" while
the Act is amended / scrapped using her in-house Mir Jafars
like Aruna "Roy" and  her other pet poodles to channel/divert the
angst of the RTI activists into meaningless avenues the same
way they tried to do during the RTI Rules (500 word nonsense).

So RTI forums like ours must be eternally vigilant to see that these
haramis cannot get away with it. The last time (draft RTI Amendment
Rules 2010), the NAC had to openly expose themselves and
their EXTRA-CONSTITUTIONAL NAC methods because HumJanenge
gave them the fight of their lives at the DoPT.

Since our list members are intellectual giants, we saw through the
NCPRI haramis DIVERSIONARY pretext of 250 words / 1 subject
which was intended to DISTRACT the citizens from the other incredibly'
detailed dilutions in the Act being done through the backdoor of Rules.

We FORCED the DoPT to drop at least 80% of the rubbish they were
trying to slime through in the amended Rules. What was the NCPRI gang
doing except yipping about 250 words + 1 subject ? Where was Madam
Aruna Jayaram while all this was going on ? Will she give details of her
foreign tours and who paid for it and who accompanied her.

So in short ignore all the frivolous / vexatious / privacy CRAP which is
bound to come in to save the Gandhis. Arvind Kejriwal is an in-house
poodle of Sonia who has been heavily paid off to destroy RTI Act. He is
going to leak RTI gathered information against select BJP leaders because
Sonia knows that without a BJP '"walk out" in Parliament these RTI Act
amendments will not get through. We all recall that the BJP was nowhere
to be seen when RTI Act 2005 was passed in Parliament.

Tomorrow: Who funds Aruna Roy, Arvind Kejriwal,  Anna Hazare and
NARENDRA MODI for their "campaigns". (The name may surprise you)

Day after that : Who is Namit Sharma and why this SC judgment came
now to save Sonia Gandhi ?
