Re: [IAC++] Identity of Mr. Ash

Dear Dr Shanmuganathan

We quite agree with you.  Your intervention is deeply appreciated.

We are henceforth severely limiting the flow of unproductive emails to the IAC list. The point has been made, anybody can post to the list within reason. That will continue, subject to restrictions which are now intimated in advance.

Henceforth members are requested to

1) Keep in mind that most members on the list are busy and eminent professionals who don't have time for "activism" or to read "activist" emails.

2) Not keep promoting their pet theories and ride their favourite hobby--horses on this list.  (eg. Aadhar, NRGEP, biometrics, Mobile Tower radiation, Jan Lokpal Bill etc. as universal cure-alls for corruption)

3) Remember that Arvind, Anna and all those former IAC people have been expelled. They have also mostly unsubscribed themselves from IAC. So please don't expect your messages to reach them through this mailing list.  AAP is not connected with IAC in any way.

4) Keep your emails short and focused. Please trim out old emails from the chain.

5) Do not CC your email to other people on this list. It is very confusing for moderators and results in messages being rejected.

6) This is an ACTION list to cure the nation. Don't expect immediate results. The first step is to thoroughly identify/diagnose the disease(s).  The second step is to UNLEARN most of what we think we know. The third step is to look at the disease/symptoms afresh and plan our steps.

We are mostly scientific, qualified and intelligent people here. Surely we can make the country run better than semi-educated foreigners with fake diplomas from Cambridge (Village) have.
