[IAC++] curruption aginst FIR

Dear sir,
I pawan kumar belongs to Dabua coloney Faridabad ,Haryana,I am doing
job in kota Rajasthan. The day before yesterday my father have has lost the
motorcycle at 8:00 pm immediately he call to emergency police no. But that was
busy he tried many time but not sucseed,at last he went to nearest ploice
chauki for comlained. He complained to police ,police wrote his complain and
wirelessed to all nakabandi ,and he told to come next day for fir. My father
went yesterday for fir but police did not do fir and said"he is searching ,one
day after you will fir".my father again asked for the same but not
sucseed.Today he went to police station for the same now police said to my
father" write an application for FIR that After searching my shelf [my father]
i am appling for FIR ".when my father protested police told him that do the
same othrwise no FIR will registered.

Is this right way what to do please help us ,we will be very tankfull to you
for this.
