Though I also do not believe in death sentence! But I do agree as proposed issue that criminals do not have rights to alive who never care others chastity and life involving in such inhuman  and heinous crime. So called Human Rights as perpetuated and favour only to few group of people in the world under the leadership of USA is not true. There is great violation of human rights in USA. A country of a great gender injustice practice among the world. Only sending few people in the WHITE House does not mean a true representation of whole in the totality. Many state made backward people are in the STaTe but who  dare to voice to neglected minority?

People tend to fall in line with effective societies. Only in rare cases when societies are not able to handle any situation matter needs to go to court.

Post independence first action taken by the government was to destroy societies making all individuals free entities to do what they like. We are all facing consequences of thoughtless actions of the government.

lets start teaching our children/boys/men  in home and schools/colleges  to care and respect every girl and lady. slowly situation will improve. punish the culprit and let every body see the punishment being given.

Tushar how do you think there is a cure to this problem..things are getting worse day by day. Its really sad and shameful to see that Indian capital has become rape capital. Better we should give a capital punishment to rapists, although we know people will misuse the power for sure.
