But capital punishment will be difficult.And putting them in jail cost a lot to the public exchequer.Best thing is to castarte them(lock stick and narrel) and leave him to live in the society.

Samrat Ashok considered most people  of this subcontinent as barbarians ! He had just one punishment for rapists  death! These criminals must be shot  in public. Take a page from Military Law   and order would be restored . We are a shameless and disgusting society today . Smitten with bug OF money in a brazenly market society.  Crumbling from within and ruled by vandalizers and lampoons. MANY IN THR LOK SABHA ITSELF HAVE A RECORD WHICH IS NO BETTER THAN THAT OF THIS RAPIST. They even keep prostitutes in their precints! Note the insensitive arrogance of Shiela  Dixit  ! She should be sacked!

yah guys there should be some hard punishment for these guys..cauz they are spoiling the culture and also freedom of people..
