Re: [IAC#RG] Priority to New Topics

The email ID you mention is not with IAC at the present time.

Since you are already a subscriber of this elite list, you are automatically enrolled in IAC.

Simply send a message to this mailing list and you will be heard in IAC

My e-mails to indiaagainstcorruption@gmail.com are not accepted though I filled up

Subject: Re: [IAC#RG] Priority to New Topics

IAC list moderation policy is transparent and consistent.

IAC moderators read anywhere from 150 to 300 emails each day addressed to this list to select 15 to 20 emails each day.

Any of 5 moderators can approve straightaway the emails which are well written, important and on-Topic. Emails which are abusive, badly written or off-Topic are deleted immediately. That leaves a large number of emails which are in between. These emails must be approved by 3 moderators within 2 days to be posted otherwise they are deleted.

Emails of all moderators are also subject to approval and no moderator can approve his/her own email.

The well written emails are usually approved within maximum of 6 hours. We also currently have a backlog of 2 days to manually unsubscribe members who email in asking to be removed from the list.

Inordinate delay, in terms of days, in clearing the newly posted
