I feel that at least for SC, it should be one each of CJI, Leader of Opposition in LS and also RS, one of ruling party, and one of lawyers rep., with the proviso that 3/4th must concur.

The issue does not seem to be that simple. To maintain the independence of the judiciary, the Supreme Court Collegium evolved. If you let politicians get into this, it is easy to understand that the rot will also seep into the judiciary (even though, there is corruption in judiciary as such even now).
