Khaps may be loosing relevance today, but if Indian culture has survived under the foreign pressure than its because of Khaps. No muslim ruler ever dared to interfere in Khaps.. Who so ever did it faced revolt. So let us not forget the heroic roles played by Khaps.. Satnam and Sadabad revolt during Auranjeb r two examples..
