I expect that PIO will discover exemptions in the RTI Act to deny information, as he was being coached / tutored by CIC(SM) during the course of the hearing. I expect 8(1)(h) "impede the process of investigation or apprehension or prosecution of offenders;" to be used now. We all know the rackets which are going on in the CIC. This is an old one - waste 1 year waiting for 2nd Appeal, send it back to PIO/FAA, get bakwaas or no info and waste 1 year more and so on.
I have just discovered a magic bullet against this today, and am waiting for another of Dr. Sandeep's Gupta's decisions (heard today) to come out.
