[HumJanenge] RTI-Online Request

Dear Sir,

I retired from Indian Army in 1998. Recently Rank Pay arrears were allowed by supreme court for implementation. CDA(O) made adhoc payment and also accepted on a complaint that the calculation was incorrect and will be sorted out shortly. It has been since once month.

Can I get my correct calculations through RTI and to whom should I address the RTI and procedure.
