Dear and Respected  All, Mr. Shirish Dave (SM Dave) is right.  The entire UPA I and UPA II are  most corrupt.  How can its Ministers and MPs, MLAs, Party Spokesmen get any marks.  All deserve to get only ZERO Marks and even MINUS MARKS.  IAC Members who are concerned about rooting out Corruption in the Country, if they award  any Marks to anyone of these UPA Leaders, it is only HYPOCRISY TO THE CORE.
