RE: [IAC#RG] Volunteers to test IAC opinion poll script

Mr. Santosh,

Arvind is copycatting the Nehruvians because such manifesto's have always worked with
a population full of wisdom and supposedly devotees of 33 crores deities across the land.

What I said is of course sarcastically truthful but you have raised an excellent question.
I will be looking forward to you answer for your own question. Thanks.

Please clarify the The word Honest.  Then, as we are all aspiring to Holy ier that thou approach. and what are the parameters of its Judgement. ? an accessment done in the USA as to an Honest Tax payer, there were none.  irrespective of class every one had evaded some tax.

May i request you all to rise above such situations and stop being a judge morally and otherwise and focus of the goal we are trying to achieve. which is an effective governance.

Arvindji has just offered the people free electricity and free water. That he has done Honestly !
to get the vote.  Offcourse,  this will come at a cost to the country for his votes. How is that different from TV and fans being offered. and going further for some who actually pay cash in advance out of their own pockets to get those votes..

Please re phase questions like-

1. Arvindji has offered free Electricty and Free water to all Delhi Voters.  Is that an Honest truth or is he lying to the people of Delhi. ?  and now you see the response..

2. Which is more Honest. Put in the order  More Honest on top.

1. Telling people that you will give them free electricity and free water at the cost of Taxpayers,
2. Offering  fans and heaters to the voters.
3. Paying cash upfront for the Votes.
4. Offering free electricity and water a form of a Bribe to voters.

3. . Water is available freely from the Jamuna, but if you want it piped delivered to your house you pay for the service.
Should you
1. Pay for the service or
2. Should it be free ?

4. Will free electricity and Free water at home cause

1. Abuse of use of Power and water.
2, Large scale environmental damage.
3  Drain on the economy.
4. Voters will not try save power and water
5  Will not bring about effective governance.
6  All of the above

                Hello friends
'most honest person' is a comparitive assesment about the quality under certain parameters designed for the same. A Chief Justice - A.Kabir - can't be placed along with politicians/executives/industrialists. Ambany can never be an honest one and a good prospering industrialist as if all in one especially in the present situation in the country where corruption is the norm.
Modi of Gujarat could be plcaed at the top as a good administrator and a strong ruler.

Dear Friends

Thanks for so many responses (76) within 12 hours.

Here are some preliminary results

QUESTION : Who is India's most honest person.

1) Nobody, so far, is prepared to state that Sonia Gandhi, Mayawati, Jayalalitha, Mukesh Ambani, Barkha Dutt or Altmas Kabir (CJI) is India's most honest person.

2) 1 person (from Holland ???) thinks that Mr. Mulayam Singh Yadav is India's most honest person.

3) 3 people - 4% (from Maharashtra, Kolkatta and Karnataka) think Arvind Kejriwal is India's most honest person.

4) 5 people - 7% (incl. from Haryana, Surat, Kolkatta, Karnataka) think Narendra Modi is India's most honest person.
