Re: [IAC#RG] [HumJanenge] Govt will send RTI bill to the committee

Dear Sir,
It is not so easy for the Government to amend the RTI Act,2005.
Many people not aware that it was enacted in the year 2002.
Present Government is in minority and will not get any support from other Political Parties.
The Parliament is not empowered under Article 368 to carry on any amendment under PartIII Fundamental Rights, which cover our
Rights of freedom under article 19(1).
The State has the right to impose reasonable Restrictions under Clause (2),(3) (4)(5) and (6).These rights can not be amended under Article 368 as per 42nd Constitutional amendment and also after repeal of Article 32-A as per 43rd Constitutional amendment.
There are many people who are not well informed.
The National Political Parties are provided many benefits even under Representation People Act,1951
All the Political Parties Registered under Section 29-A with Commission as association for availing benefits under said Act and are not required to get Registered under Societies Act,1960, Companies Act,1951 or ptherwise.Even One Person can get Registered as Politiacal Party as per rules framed therein. by the Election Commission as National Party they are allotted Party Symbols and they can;t be used by any candidate contesting election without obtaining its approval from that Party.
all these National Political Parties are provided Offices at very marginal rent at Delhi, and other States Capitals
There are many Political Parties Registered as State Level Parties and are also provided Free Electoroll  for contesting Elections.for General Election or State Assemblies or Municipal Corporations, Panchayat Elections etc.
