Re: [IAC#RG] VIGILANCE PETITION : Concerning Shri Amarjit Singh (Under Secretary) & CPIO

To:
Shri Shyamal Kumar Sarkar
Secretary/DoPT

Sir,

Sub:  Bribery of your Dept officers, including yourself,  by Shri K.B. "Anna" Hazare / his associates such as a) Mr. Arvind Kejriwal IRS, b) Mr. Shanti Bhushan, Sr. Adv. c) Mr. Prashant Bhushan, Adv. d) Justice (Retd). Santosh Hegde.

Please refer to the recent automated email received from the DARPG's CPGRAM system informing me that my complaint no. DOPAT/E/2012/00654 dated 11 Aug 2012 was disposed off on 05 Feb 2014 with the casual remark "submitted in file No.104/49/2014-AVD.I on 05.02.2014"

It is very strange that a duly registered Public Grievance which is meant to be disposed off in 2 (or at the most 3) months is closed and consigned to file after almost 2 years in such a highly sensitive matter.

As it is an open secret that you are a highly pliable (ie. one who lacks spine) officer, I would request you to kindly ensure personally that the true copy of the entire file as mentioned (which presumably contains the information I requested) be conveyed to me immediately (and not later than 7 days from today) and free of cost so that I may know (in terms of section 4 RTI Act 2005) the reasons for this corrupt administrative action of your Dept. and take such further action as I deem fit.

with best wishes

Sir,

Kindly advise me of the outcome of the below appended vigilance
complaint dt. 19/04/2011I sent to your department's CVO. It is
pertinent to mention that such complaints are to be disposed off
within 3 months as per the CVC notification dated 23.05.2000 but the same appears to be pending for over 2 years now.
