Re: [IAC#RG] [#TWH-601-99561]: Report of abusive counterfeiting of domain CDAC.IN for phishing etc

Dear Bigrock

Thanks for this intimation.

We found that about 37,000 webpages (out of 44,000) on the CDAC
sub-domain "gistwiki.cdac.in" were infected by wikimedia's malware,
which has now been stopped.by Registrant by disabling the sub-domain's
access to the zone as we had suggested.

We are very concerned though that CDAC had taken great pains to
obstruct us from chronicling the extent of malware infestation /
distribution from their domain by filing a false and motivated report
to NIXI so as to get the honeypot domain name CDACPUNE.IN shut down.

We are also concerned that senior officers of NIXI and DEITY are
collaborating to distribute spyware at behest of NATGRID from .IN
domain names to illegally spy on Indian citizens by continuing to
distribute highly obscene pornography from Wikimedia's Indian computer
resources.
