In connection with repairs work done by Mhada in mumbai there is something fishy.
there is a certain amount of budget sanction by Mhada for repairs which is not sufficient,
Contractor and Architect suggest to get MLA fund for additional repairs.
Tenants are asked to contribute 40% of estimated extra cost to get 60% from MLA fund.
this 40% is the bribe to give to MLA's agents.
Can somebody give proper guidance. ?
