Further to my email of 19-March-2015 declaring my intention to
partcipate, please find attached the PDF file with my submissions on
"FREE WIFI in Delhi - Stakeholder Consultations"

It is very strange and shameless that the Aam Aadmi Party is not
prepared to give unlimited FREE Wifi in Delhi like Mr. Arvind Kejriwal
personally promised the voters earlier the year.

Kindly note that I shall be appearing personally before yourself,
during the course of the public hearings as and when it is
RESCHEDULED.

Kindly also note that I am not prepared to appear before any illegal
or irregular persons as mentioned in my attached submission.
