Re: [IAC#RG] Fwd: Complaint of Delhi Police's corruption in matter of Dy.CM GoNCTD

To:
JT-CP/Traffic (Delhi Police)

Sir

With reference to my complaint reference No.is 10614/E-mail dated 26/06/2015.

I am sanguine that my complaint will be investigated fully and promptly.

In addition to my detailed complaint, you may also like to internally enquire

a) Why section 183(2) MV Act was not invoked against Mr. Sisodia and
he was allowed to step out of the car and merge into the crowd to
escape statutory penalty. For eg. in USA the driver and occupants are
firmly instructed to stay inside the car or be shot.

b) Why section 184 MV Act was not invoked after this "chase and
challan" when the offender fled the scene and had to be apprehended by
a Delhi Police high tech 'chase and challan' armed commando after long
and dangerous chase through crowded areas, and and arrest made under
section 202 MV Act (cognisable).

c) That special precautions ought to have been taken in this matter
considering that Mr. Sisodia has a string of FIRs registered against
him, including, if I am correctly informed by Hon'ble Election
Commission of India website, for rioting and assaulting police
officers with deadly weapons.

sincerely
