Respected Shanti Bhushan ji, Prof. Anand Kumar of 'Swaraj Abhiyan'It has come to our attention that on occasion of the launch of party, one Anupam Singh (national spokesperson of 'Swaraj Abhiyan') has apparently made some misleading statements to the media claiming many so-called former India Against Corruption ("IAC") activists / workers are entering politics through your agitation.
We had earlier also conveyed our concerns that some rascals and opportunists who entered Aam Aadmi Party in 2012 but who left when there were no pickings for them there shall likewise attempt to infiltrate the party by misrepresenting / personating themselves as erstwhile IAC volunteers.
Hence, IAC reconveys its concern that IAC's name and vast goodwill will be misused during future electoral campaigning by Swaraj Abhiyan workers, and so requests you to kindly discipline the cadres and guard against this happening.

Accordingly, being concerned that name of 'Swaraj India Party' is being misused on internet / online to mislead about IAC, the IAC movement has independently taken some swift self-defensive steps in this regard to secure name of Swaraj India Party and has registered the same with concerned Central Govt. agency, and elsewhere, to prevent its online misuse by aforesaid rascals and opportunists and personators.
