[IAC#RG] COMPLAINT : Crushing of child at Central Sectt. and refusal of DMRC staff to give me complaint book.

To:

1) Shri Mangu Singh, MD DMRC
2) Commissioner of Metro Rail Safety
3) Chief Minister of NCT Delhi

Sirs

I refer to the incident wherein a yoing child under 1 year of age was crushed in my presence in the Yellow Line Train heading towards Jahangirpuri at Central Sectt. Metro Station yesterday (Saturday 7 January 2017) at around 7:50 PM and the train started moving despite the doors not being fully closed and after all attempts by passengers to keep the doors apart and then to prise them open thereafter. THE VIDEO RECORDING OF WHICH IS RETAINED WITH ME.

Due to various serious super-gross overloading and crowd on the very narrow platform of Yellow Line at Cent Secct and risk of stampede, I took the next Yellow Line train to Rajiv Chowk to report this incident reaching around 8 PM.

However the Station Controller at Rajiv Chowk repeatedly refused to meet me or even to provide me his name. I subsequently came to know that perhaps his name is Kuldeep. I was repeatedly refused a complant book by the Customer Care executive near the F block exit at Rajiv Chowk to record my complaint on the pretext that complaint book is only with the Station Manager who was not on duty..

It seems that DMRC has issued instruction that such safety related complaints are not to recorded in writing at stations and is encouraging on-line complaints where these safety breaches directly attributable to gross overloading and low frequency of trains on weekends can be covered up and hidden.

Kindly conduct a full enquiry into my complaint, jointly or severally, and retain all video-recordings of CISF and other DMRC security cameras.

Sir

I am constrained to complain and protest that the BURGER KING extensions onto footpath of Dhaula Kuan Metro Station are still there and not removed till date.

I am protesting that there is no safe footpath access to pedestrians generaly, and disabled and senior citizens especially to the only lift from ground level to concourse level.

Your station manager Mr. Rajesh is advising us to get off the footpath and to walk on the road (used by cars, trucks and other motor vehicles) to access this lift. This is highly unsafe and also impermissible in law.

It is therefore self-evident that there is high level corruption in DMRC to allow these illegal and recent BURGER KING extensions and cnstructions for sale of good on the public footpath which restrict access and exit to this  metro station

Accordingly, I request that disciplinary and viglance action be immediately initiated against the DMRC Director and other DMRC officials responsible for Property Development in DMRC under intimation to me.

I am also protesting that there is a strong and offensive non-vegeterian smell emanating out of this new BURGER KING restaurant at Dhaula Kuan station which is highly offensive to me.

I am constarined to complain that DMRC's Property Development dept. has allowed construiction of various extensions and encroachments on foot path by Burger King and other eateries at Dhaula Kuan Airport Express Metro Station.

The safe access of commuters and disabled commuters to the lift on the ground floor is blocked thereby.

It seems you have willfully flouted the safety inspection carried out by the Metro Rail Safety Commissioner when he allowed this station to be opened for carriage of the public.

I therefore call upon you to immediately inquire into the matter and see that full and safe access is avaliable to all commuters, especially disabled, to all the elevators within next 48 hours at this station.

Re: [IAC#RG] CBSE rolls back Aadhar for IIT-JEE Mains exam on IAC complaint

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Since I read your mails regarding Aadhar not being mandatory, I wish to bring some issues to your notice and seek your opinion for any possible action.
I work in Thane District of Maharashtra--mainly in the tribal area of Murbad and Shahapur blocks.  Under Janani Suraksha Yojana as part of National Health Mission, tribal women are supposed to get Rs.700/- on delivery for first 2 live births as financial help for the mother.  From last 6 months, this guaranteed benefit is denied to hundreds of tribal women because they do not have Aadhar Card. Even the banks are not opening their accounts for the same reason.
Similarly, the online wage payment system is made in such a way that a labourer who works under MGNREGA can not be paid his/her wages if he/she does not have Aadhar Card.
How can the State /Central Government make Aadhar mandatory for these schemes if Supreme Court directs otherwise?

CPIO of CBSE has today replied in RTI they have notified some clarifications concerning alternative methods to Aadhar for students to sit for the JEE Mains exam. The actual order itself is coming by post.

Our online RTI no. is CBSED/R/2016/51816, and CPIO's reply (attached) can also accessed from there.

Dear All,

Various opinion polls are predicting BJP win in UP, Uttarakhand and Goa.

I traveled to UP and Uttarakhand in  November. I found even erstwhile BJP supporters cursing Modi barring of course some staunch supporters of the BJP.

That said, my view is as under on the "Opinion Polls":

The voter today is very clever. He won't give away his mind to the pollsters.

Case in sight is that of Delhi polls. Opinion polls and pollsters had predicted 32 seats for the BJP and 28 for the AAP. And we all know how far this was from the reality. AAP got 60 and the BJP a single digit - a meagre three.

Another reason being people who suffered due to demonetisation think speaking against the BJP and Modi on camera or otherwise may be inviting more troubles - which they cannot afford to have - having already been troubled.

In fact Modi and Co has created "Fear Psychosis" in the public - like Hitler had done. Even media is gripped with this "fear psychosis".

That is why even the media perhaps is intentionally showing such results just to please Modi - the way sycophants do. This does not augur well for a democracy.

People are waiting for the polls.

Time will tell the story. Let's wait for the poll results.

In this connection, please see the inline 100% genuine picture below taken from PAYTM website by me today. PayTM openly says Rs. 2.29 is removed each time a citizen uses his debit card with PAYTM for a Rs.100 transaction.

Please also explain why Rs. 5,000 crores of new currency were airlifted by RBI to Lucknow and Kanpur just 2 days before Prime Minister's  speech there on December 19, 2016, and while there was no cash money available elsewhere in India on that date every bank of Kanpur was overflowing with new notes which were mainly given to BJP workers and MLAs ?

Subject: Re: [IAC#RG] CASHLESS FOOLS

Dear All,

I just returned after buying some items of stationery. The amount
payable was 653/-. I offered to pay by debit card or credit card - whatever was acceptable to the vendor. Vendor stated that I shall have to pay 2% over and
above the bill. On my query as to why, vendor replied that he is being
charged 2% by the debit / credit card companies. I insisted on paying through
card as I did not have enough cash and that I won't pay extra 2%. I told him
that there was a waiver of such charge for six months. He insisted that SBI
was charging him 2% on payments received through debit cards.

Anyway, seeing me adamant he agreed to charge the actual bill amount.

Here the story begins.

First he took my card and recorded complete detail of my debit card
on the computer and printed the cash memo. I objected to this. He then
offered to delete the details from the printed copies!

I again objected to that saying those details still existed on
the computer file.

He then told me that he deleted the file (as per his version - though
I am not very sure if he actually deleted the card details from the
computer).

Now the most interesting part. He inserted the card into the machine
and fed the amount which is not visible to us. I entered the pin. And
there you are - payment successful!

I got the SMS alert from the Bank. I just wanted to show to him that
I had got the SMS alert - thus proving my bonafides.

And then came the horror. The amount charged was 6530/- instead of 653/-.

It could be a genuine mistake. It could well be, in the hands of
a dishonest vendor, an intentional fraud.

What if the card details still exist in the computer?

What if cyber crooks hack details of my card as also details of cards of
other buyers existing in the computer?

What if Bank SMS alert did not come in time?

What if I had not checked the SMS alert?

What, if after making the payment, I had walked away,
had I been a temporary visitor in the station?

I had always maintained that the Banks, Paytm and other such like Portals
charge transaction fee. The vendor also told that to transfer money from
Paytm account to his Bank account something like 4 to 5% charge is
levied by Paytm.

In cash transactions such like mistakes rarely happen. One counts the cash,
any discrepancy is settled there and then.

The vendor offered to pay back the difference through. cheque - which
I declined as I am leaving for outstation. He then paid the difference through
cash.

Do you feel the gullible farmer / daily wage earner / unorganised industry labour / small time worker who is rather illiterate or not  well educated will not fall prey to such frauds, if the vendor is dishonest?

Zara sochiye!

#1) We can have similar accountability to govt in Soft Earning Unit (SEU) also. My proposal is maintain everything as such just remove the cash completely from the system.

#2) SEU must statutorily be exchanged for "value" . If someone finds SEU is of lesser value, then instead of keeping it with earning keeper, one can invest in SEU of other geographical area or precious metals etc.

#3) RBI can regulate SEU also. IMHO, please go through the paper and slides on my blog http://samirsrivastava.typepad.com/ carefully. The thing which you described as magic cannot happen without HELP from customs/ govt officials. If hard currency is gone, then these magic will not happen. Moreover if you want when the internet traffic goes out of the country to "suspected web-sites" that can be avoided ISP need to implement policies.

IMHO, The parallel economy (due to un-traceability of hard currency) is biggest hindrance in making effective economic policies. In SEU you can make effective economic policies.

Certain people (fools) are busy promoting cashless transactiions and
removing currency totally from the economy, without understanding the

#1 CASH / CURRENCY is a measure of the liability the Government has to
the people of India.  In simple terms.CURRENCY is a measure of how
much the Government owes to the citizens.Removing Currency implies
that Government owes people nothing and can do what they want and
print money at will.

MORAL -> FASCIST Govts desperately want currency and autonomous
Central Banks eliminated.

# 2 CURRENCY Notes must statutorily be exchanged for "value" - ie.
valuable coin. Previously this was gold, now its a mix of metals like
copper and stainless steel. The difference between the intrinsic value
(ie. metal price in open market) of the coin and its face value is the
Govt's tax (called "seignorage"). Typically whenever seignorage
exceeds 25-30% the public rejects paper currency in favour of stronger
currencies and there is monetary inflation. At present India's
seignorage is 70%. No wonder the India Rupee has depreciated 100%
against Dollar because smart Indians are "exporting" their value.

MORAL -> A Rafale fighter jet costs 2x what it did during Congress
time because we now have a chaiwala as PM instead of a former RBI
Governor.

# 3 If there is no currency, then there is also no need for RBI (whose
only role is to regulate currency and money supply).  If there are no
Indian currency notes then people will devise ways and means (also
called Internet APPS) to ensure that transactions take place on
foreign websites in foreign currency but goods are "magically"
delivered in India. This is already happening Udtaa Punjab.

MORAL --> Why would anybody pay in Indian rupees on Indian websites if
a foreign supplier will anonymously deliver the goods to you without
bill after you have paid in dollars or Yen or BITCOIN ? The whole
online Pharmacy racket works on this principle.

[IAC#RG] Corruption

Corruption has come to the root of social evil. Can you imagine how much black money flows in selling of ancestral property constructed by ancestors as a shelter for generations to come.Lawyers in league with Builders are now finding out old residents staying alone ,inciting their next of kin with allurement of cash money in bulk. These instigators whose vehicle was a cycle is now moving in Mercedez Benz not one .
Sensitive citizens should bring out to the notice of regulating agencies deep rooted corruption.Merely blaming others will not help anyone.

Re: [IAC#RG] PUBLIC NOTICE: India Against Corruption's stand on note demonetization

Dear Col. Dalvi

HRA does not share your optimistic assessment about BJP's chances in UP and Punjab. It is still to early to call it. BJP's weakness is lack of credible CM faces in both Punjab and UP. How long can Modi's tired old face keep pulling the BJP's vijay-rath ? Indian voters are increasingly seeing that Modi's last 2.5 years have achieved nothing substantive. How long can his bhakts keep blaming vague anti-nationals, corruption and IAS babus for this failure, when Modi's top advisors are openly linked to Chota Rajan in the same way Congress and their allies were linked to Dawood?

On another note, it was clear that SP split would be engineered. BJP agents like Amar Singh and RamGopal Yadav saw to that. The new gimmick to aid Akhilesh is that in name of poll reforms the Election Commission will replace party symbols by photos of candidates. Lets see if ECI does it for these elections.

It is not yet time for HRA to announce final solution. We must first estimate role of the new cash in purchasing elections and thereby democracy.

You are right that this is a government operating to benefit US MNCs, hawala operators, Chota Rajans and Ambani/Adanis Gujarati cronies. It is amazing how all the top US sotware magnates managed to get Indian CEOs (Nachiket Mor, Sunder Pichai) to carry on their business and how they get open access to Modi.

Although it is certain that BJP will perform very well in UP and Punjab, the final outcome is that of a rigged match because the BJP controls most of the new Rs.2,000 notes which will be distributed to the "purchaseable" voters. Therefore the outcome of these elections means nothing except that it could hopefully trigger a stock market vertical take-off to propel the next generation of banias and Lav-Kush Patels to emigrate to USA so India is finally rid of them and the final solution does not have to be applied by patriots.

As a reputed author of books on Hinduism surely you know सत्यम् ब्रूयात्, प्िरयम् ब्रूयात्, माब्रूयात् सत्यम अप्िरयम् - speak the truth which is liked by all and does not hurt anyone's feelings but do not speak the truth which is harsh and unpleasant.

If you speak unpleasantly then nobody will listen to you.

FYI please see some facts,

1) I became aware of the true extent of the fake note menace in early 2015 when an IB report was inspected by me. it clearly estimated even then that 18% of all Rs. 500 and about 13% of all Rs.1,000 notes in circulation (ie. about average 15% then) were very high quality fakes which most bank branches could not detect. The report also highlighted that situation in fake Rs.100 notes was very dire because the note lacked essential security features.

2) On 6 April 2015 I publicly highlighted my complaints about these high tech fake notes to RBI (which was published on this mailing list as you can verify) specifically calling for urgent demonetisation of these notes and replacement of Gandhi's image and gave clear warning to Government that IAC would launch a No-Gandhi movement on October 2 if RBI failed to act. IAC vigorously pursued with RBI and ultimately we were replied in Sept 2015 that action would be taken by Central Govt. and RBI's Central Board. Accordingly IAC did not activate No-Gandhi movement on 2 Oct 2015.

3) On Sept 16 2016 we came to know that Govt plans to demonetise these notes. On Sept 29 2016 we came to know that the new notes would continue to have Gandhi image when we saw an advance copy of the Rs. 2,000 note then being printed in Mysore security press. Being outraged at this gross insult to other Indian freedom fighters, on 1 Oct 2016 IAC has launched the "No-Gandhi" andolan (we registered domain www.nogandhi.in" at 8:30 AM UTC http://whois.domaintools.com/nogandhi.in). On same day IAC head quarters also decided to take steps to form a political party under name of "Swaraj India Party". So it is false to suggest that IAC was shocked by suddeness of demonetisation. We knew about impending demonetisation well in advance.

4) It seems that you are living in some false reality (Maya). There has been no discernable effect on black money or corruption by demonetisation. In fact there has been severe pain to common man and huge disruption of indigenous business and trade and loss of jobs. The only people who seem to be benefitting from demonetisation are the same US based MultiNational Corporations who finance anti-national organisations like the RSS and BJP. The only Indian people who have benefitted are those who have converted about Rs.3 lakh crore rupees of fake notes into legal ones by depositing these into lakhs of dummy remote controlled by Aadhar. The role of the mushrooming of new private banks, including of para-bankers like Bandhan Bank has not been fully investigated.

NB: I frankly admit that our intial estimates of Rs. 85,000 crores of fake notes being injected into banks were very much on lower side. Now that RBI's data has come in they are faced with this same problem of Rs. 3 lakh crores of unexplained notes, and RBI has come up with this gimmick of "double counting" to explain it away and are hurriedly destroying the hard evidence of fake notes imported by Chota Rajan gang channels by exporting the SBN notes back to Dubai. It is a tragedy that Modi sarkar is now running off Chota Rajan's business enterprises.

5) If Mr. Modi's demonetisation decision was so honest, clean and above board, then why is his Govt so scared, and shitting in its pants not to show us (under RTI) that the proper procedure was followed for demonetisation ? Over 60 notifications were issued defining and redefining the extent of demonetisation. Under the law (section 26(2) RBI Act) each of these notifications are only to be carried out under RBI's recommendations. Are we to assume that the RBI simply handed over all its statutory powers to Modi on 8 Nov 2016 ? Why is the RBI and Govt not prepared to disclose the recommendations of RBI dt. 8.Nov.2016 ? I can give you the probable answer - because you will see for yourself that IAC is correct. You will also see from RBI's 8 Nov 2016 recommendations (which was known to Bill Gates through his officer Nachiket Mor but cannot be disclosed to Indians) how extra-constitutional power has accumulated in PMO, and how Ministries and IAS babus are now pliable rubber stamps (or "condoms") for Modi's destructive anti-national agenda cocktail of promoting foreigners through his chosen crony (mainly Gujarati) friends.

In reply to your post, it is now abundantly clear :-

1) That since early 2015 Modi Govt and RBI had all information about the huge quantities (ca. 15%) of FAKE notes in circulation in India - mostly in hinterland where banking penetration is lower and chits / para-bankers / money-lenders / Ponzis rule the roost.

2) That Modi and Raghuram Rajan deliberately did not act to weed out these notes, but allowed these para-bankers to inject even more fake notes till it reached about 25% of all money in circulation (ie. about Rs. 3 lakh crores of fake money). Their complicity is thereby established.

3) It is complete nonsense to say such fake notes came in from Pakistan or through terror networks. These notes were printed in the very same overseas first-world facilities regularly used by IB and RAW to print fake Pakistani notes. Raghuram Rajan surely knows all this because his father was in IB and RAW finally retiring as Chairman JIC and is an old associate of Doval and was Doval's boss.

4) When "Team Modi" disclosed to RBI on 20th Oct at RBI's Central Board meeting at Kanpur that there would be demonetisation all hell broke loose at that meeting and 2 Dy Governors tipped off the local media.

5) On 8 No. 2016 a meeting of RBI's board was held, which was substantially boycotted by RBI, ultimately only Urjit Patel and 2 official members from Govt of India took the decision on behalf of RBI to recommend demonetisation in contravention of all procedural norms / bypassing systemic checks and balances.

6) Till date the RBI is unwilling to share its recommendations to Govt of India recommending  demonetisation of these 500 and 1,000 notes, and all RTIs for this vital document are being mindlessly rejected citing 8(1)(a) - national / economic security.

7) It is an open secret that this demonetisation was well timed by Team Modi to win elections in Punjab and Uttar Pradesh which they were otherwise certain to lose.

8) Key opposition parties like AAP (for Punjab) and BSP (for UP) have been bought over and otherwise forced into submission by Modi to ensure BJP victory in these key states.

9) Through demonetisation, the BJP has been able to convert about Rs. 3 lakh crores of fake notes purchased very cheaply through Doval's IB networks and smuggled into India through Chota Rajan's gang into genuine (ie. legal tender) ones. The sheer brazen-ness of this scheme which was under planning for at least 4 years is mind boggling. These "white" funds of course will be used to pump up the stock market through Gujarati / Marwari broker "big bull" networks and the millions of "bot" Aadhar operated a/cs opened by Modi which will be computer controlled using Aadhaar.

10) There is a clear subversion of democracy in this process of systematic loot. Transparency and accountability has been thrown out of the window. Decisions are being taken in great secrecy and national security is being invoked at the drop of a hat to keep the public in dark. IAC can safely say the present BJP Govt is now the most corrupt one in India's history, surpassing the Congress's legendary corruption by leagues. What has begun in West Bengal today is only the spark if this trend continues.

Re: [IAC#RG] COMPLAINT : CASHLESS FRAUDs

The BJP is leaving no stone unturned to win Uttar Pradesh at any cost, or at
least to ensure a tie-up with one of the factions (Akhilesh Yadav) of Samajwadi
Party in event of a hung vote.

Efforts are on to cobble together a front of BSP and at least one faction of SP
thus forcing the Congress to also join in.

The Indian voter is smart, and if elections are held today in UP, the BJP will
come to power. But time will tell. If business does not revive soon, then UP's
migrant labour will be a restive force sitting idle back home.

There is also very significant (possibly tectonic) shift in BJP's traditional
small businessman / trader base which has noted with envy Modi's growing
closeness to big corporate houses and is very restless. No matter where they
voted for Parliament,
in local elections in UP and Punjab this trader class is
going to want a stable
and seasoned local CM who can ensure law and order.
In UP that would definitely
be Mayawati. In Punjab, the AAP rebel Chottepur
could turn out to be a dark
horse or a game changer.

In conversations struck up in my own missions as Hindu Samaj sewak, I find
increasingly, the trader communities are getting worried over Modi's
"lunacy" and "surgical strikes" - not knowing if they will be the next target
of his "madness"

Hindu Samaj is slowly realising this cancer which we have voted upon ourselves.
The entire country needs to understand Modi's "surgical strikes" are weapons
of mass destruction unleashed on India's own people and are causing
immense destruction in the short run with unknown long-term consequences.

Dear All,

Various opinion polls are predicting BJP win in UP, Uttarakhand and Goa.

I traveled to UP and Uttarakhand in  November. I found even erstwhile BJP supporters

cursing Modi barring of course some staunch supporters of the BJP.

That said, my view is as under on the "Opinion Polls":

The voter today is very clever. He won't give away his mind to the pollsters.

Case in sight is that of Delhi polls. Opinion polls and pollsters had predicted 32 seats for the BJP

and 28 for the AAP. And we all know how far this was from the reality. AAP got 60 and the BJP a single digit - a meagre three.

Another reason being people who suffered due to demonetisation think speaking against the BJP

and Modi on camera or otherwise may be inviting more troubles - which they cannot afford to have -

having already been troubled.

In fact Modi and Co has created "Fear Psychosis" in the public - like Hitler had done.

Even media is gripped with this "fear psychosis".

That is why even the media perhaps is intentionally showing such results just to please Modi -

the way sycophants do. This does not augur well for a democracy.

People are waiting for the polls.

Time will tell the story. Let's wait for the poll results.

Most of the reported scams are executive decisions which the politicians blow out of proportion to win elections. Kindly recall BJPs election speeches and the acrimony involved to appreciate my contention. I have been watching Congress rule for 65 years. I do not deny that they could have done better, but have done fairly well. The fault lies with the system. You hand over the country to elected ( or not even elected ) representatives and expect them to run the nation. This is what you get in return. Uneducated always have a grudge against the educated. They refuse to consult. Any economist worth his salt would have advised PM on the perils of demonetisation. Incidentally, you have forgotten Lalit Modi and Mallya. Regards.
